HBCN: Healing Summary


Please remember, I am not a doctor and these recommendations are based upon my research and personal experiences with my own cancer healing journey. I offer this basic protocol as a good starting point, to be tweaked to meet your own needs as you, your research and personal experiences show are right for you and your body.


Obviously, each one of the steps outlined above is simply a brief summary of what is involved to heal our cancers naturally. It is my hope that it provides you with a good foundation for your healing protocols and the basic guidance and peace of mind you need as you begin your healing journey. As time goes by, you will fine-tune what works for you and what doesn’t.


A few final notes on this... as you continue to do your own personal research you will encounter numerous claims of one miracle cure, a must-have supplement, or a new ‘state-of-the-art’ machine or technique. Please refrain from jumping on the bandwagon. It is very tempting to be lured by their promises, to turn over your money with high hopes of a cure. Far too often, however, those promises turn out to be false. There is no quick fix. Like the tale of the tortoise and the hare, slow and steady wins in our healing journey.


Just as your cancer did not form overnight, it is not going to heal overnight either. It takes time. For many, many people, these healing protocols work, but do not expect to see results in just a matter of weeks. Implement your protocol and then stick to it. Please do not just dabble in a little bit of something here and a few weeks of something else over there, hoping to find some miracle cure. Natural healing takes time, commitment and faith but it is possible.


While these protocols are known to be effective in healing cancer, if your cancer is already advanced, the relaxed one step at a time approach may not necessarily be the right one for you. I would highly recommend that you adopt a more intense approach, fine tuning it as needed, including juicing and doing as many of these protocols at once as you are able. Even so, please know this is still very doable. There are many women who have been told they were terminal, such as Dr. Lorraine Day, and managed to turn this around and are doing well today.


Finally, none of us is perfect. Along this healing journey there will probably be times when you’ll make a mistake or two. I surely have made my share over the last five years. When it happens, please don’t beat yourself up over it. Forgive yourself and move on, with the mindset that you will do better.
